frequently asked questions

How long does each doll take to make?

Each doll takes anywhere between 6-8 hours over the course of several days to make, depending on the amount of detail put into the specific design. The design that takes the longest (by far) to make is the hurry up tomorrow doll, which takes 8 hours due to the gold embroidery that I add on.

How long can I expect to wait for my doll to be shipped once I place my order?

Because these dolls are made to order, you can expect a processing time of 1-2 WEEKS, depending on how many orders are ahead of yours. Doll orders will always be fulfilled in the order in which they were received.

I try to keep my "drops" limited, for the sake of keeping the processing times shorter. However, this means there is a lower quantity available for purchase before they "sell out". Make sure to sign up for email notifications, in order to be first to grab a doll when they become available!

Can I machine wash my doll?

DO NOT machine wash or dry! If your doll happens to get dirty, you can use a damp cloth with mild soap to clean the affected area. Also, if your doll ever gets squished for any reason, just redistribute the stuffing evenly throughout the doll and it will be good as new again!

Where can I leave a review?

Thank you from the bottom of my heart for supporting my business! Reviews can be left on the specific product page for the doll/plushie you ordered! Just scroll all the way to the bottom and there will be a section for reviews. Thank you once again!

How long have you been crocheting for, and how did you get the idea for the dolls?

I've been crocheting for 5 years now! I started crocheting when I was about 9 years old, but never truly picked it up as a hobby until the COVID-19 pandemic in 2020. I found myself looking up YouTube tutorials just to find something to do, and I fell in love! I've been crocheting almost every day during my free time since then, and I have the lovely people of the XO community to thank for encouraging me to mix both my love for crocheting with my love for The Weeknd.
